This privacy statement applies to the following categories of natural persons of whom BSL B.V. personal data processed:

b. visitors to the shop/showroom;
c. visitors to www.bsl-lighting.com and www.light-inc.eu
d. applicants
e. all other persons who work with BSL B.V. contact or from whom BSL B.V. processes personal data, with the exception of its employees.
2. Obtaining personal data
BSL B.V. processes personal data that:
a. a data subject has provided personally, by telephone or digitally (via e-mail or forms on the website);
b. recorded by camera images during a visit to the store/showroom for the safety of employees and visitors.
3. Processing of personal data
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that BSL B.V. incorporated:
a. first and last name;
b. gender;
c. address details;
d. phone number;
e. e-mail address;
f. Bank account number.
4. Purposes of processing
BSL B.V. processes personal data for the following purposes:
a. processing payments;
b. sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure;
c. call or e-mail if this is necessary to be able to carry out our services;
d. to inform you about changes to our services and products;
e. offer the possibility to create an account;
f. to deliver goods and/or services;
g. securing the store/showroom and protecting personal data;
h. BSL B.V. also processes personal data if there is a legal obligation to do so, such as data required for the tax return.
5. Automated decision making
BSL B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of BSL B.V.).

BSL B.V. may engage with service providers (processors) for the processing of personal data, who will only use them in accordance with instructions from BSL B.V. BSL B.V. enters into a processing agreement with processors that meets the requirements set by the Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (Avg).
